Q: I'm a student at the University of Toronto and current Bell Mobility subscriber, can I switch to "The Fab U of T Student Plan"?
A: Existing Bell Mobility customers can only switch to this plan if they are within 12 months of the expiration of their current agreement.
Q: How long will the process take? Where do I need to go to sign up?
A: It will take only around 20-30 minutes to complete and can be done at any bookstore location (Koffler, UTSC and UTM).

A: These are the rules that apply to the "U of T Faculty & Staff Corporate Plan".
You must be a full-time, salaried employee of the University of Toronto or one of its affiliates. Full-time staff or faculty of the following branches of the university are eligible:

Q: I'm a full-time faculty or staff member of the University of Toronto and a current Bell Mobility subscriber. Can I switch to "U of T Faculty & Staff Corporate Plan"?
A: Yes you can. However, a $20 "Migration Fee" will apply and you will have to provide proof of employment (see above). Please contact us for more details.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: The "U of T Faculty & Staff Corporate Plan" is available without agreement (month-to-month) and on a 1,2, or 3 year agreement.
Q: I'm currently using another wireless service provider. If I sign up with Bell Mobility, can I keep my phone number?
A: Yes you can. In transferring your number, however, you will be cancelling your agreement with your current provider and Bell Mobility is not liable for any charges or penalties you may incur.
Q: I am a member of the University of Toronto Alumni Association. Can I take advantage of these plans?
A: Unfortunately you cannot, but we are in the process of creating a Special Alumni Plan to be released very soon!
